recovering from indigestion is not fun!
Hey, hi, hello! From me and my upset stomach…currently still recovering from some indigestion during my trip to CDMX last weekend. Be careful about iced drinks when traveling abroad, y’all! Luckily, I seem to be on the tail end and have had a lot of pepto & finished a round of antibiotics. Let’s get into my first weekly DIG!


D | Delight — For my ATX babes, HEB is running a sale on my fave oatmilk yogurt—Icelandic Provisions! Not sponsored (but I wish!)—this is my fave brand, especially while in a cut & the probiotics should be helpful for my tummy! This yogurt is not too sweet, pairs well with granola or fruit, and the strawberry flavor is the best, imo. Not all HEB’s carry this brand of oatmilk yogurt, though, so check before you go.
I | Intake — Reading Interview with the Vampire by Anne Rice! As a long-time vampire enthusiast, I am stoked to finally be diving into one of the most foundational texts of the genre. I mostly do audiobooks to keep me company on my commute, my runs & sometimes at work, depending on how mentally challenging work can be.



this week's hyper-fixation meal G | Go-To — This week, Chick’n Noodle Soup has been my hyper-fixation meal for obvious reasons. Literally breakfast, lunch & dinner. I also had a lot of sourdough toast & bananas. If anyone has food recs for recovering from indigestion, I am all ears!
I hope this was a fun snapshot of my week, although it was pretty uneventful since I was just recovering from travel & eating pretty basic foods. Thanks for being here and please let me know what you’d like me to dig into next!
